SVAAR’S Electrically Heated Evaporation System is very Efficient and Convenient system. The Evaporators are designed and fabricated in accordance with section VIII. Div. 1 of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The capacity of Evaporation depends on the capacity of Heating Element. The Evaporation Plant shall be M.S. Skid Mounted and duly painted. Structural members will be with welded connections. Tanks and Surface Condenser shall be provided with Leg Support. These type of evaporator is essentially vapourizing chamber consisting of electrical heating coils.water can be heated by an electric immersion heater coil. Feed shall be introduced in to vapour separator through dosing pump. The Vapour Generated in the vapourizing Chamber are Condensed in the Surface condenser. Optionally it can be vented to atmosphere. The Evaporator is well equipped with all the Connections. The Concentrated Slurry Shall be Drain from the drain Valve
